Please email us your plans and notes for review. Our team will assess the materials thoroughly and follow up with any questions. Once everything is clarified, we will proceed with the design phase in alignment with your vision.
How long does it take to complete a request?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the request. Standard designs may take 1–3 days, while more detailed projects may require additional time.
What if I need revisions?
We offer endless revisions to ensure the final outcome aligns with your dreams and expectations, we’re committed to refining the work until you’re completely satisfied. Revisions are typically submitted the same day or within 1-3 business days.
What software do you use?
We use industry-leading design and specification software to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration. Our primary platforms are Cyncly Design Flex (previously known as 2020 Design), Bluebeam Revu, Chief Architect & Excel which allows us to create detailed layouts, renderings, and installation-ready documentation. We’re always expanding our capabilities, if your project requires compatibility with a specific software or catalog not currently in use, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to review and explore integration options.
What products do you support?
For product selection, we utilize an extensive library of over 500 catalogs available directly through our software providers, along with any catalog content distributed to our partnered dealerships by manufacturers. This includes cabinetry, fixtures, surfaces, and hardware from leading brands across the industry. Our goal is to provide clients with a wide range of high-quality, specification-ready options that align with both design intent and project requirements.
Do you offer flexible pricing or volume‑based rates?
Our pricing is customized to each customer, with rates adjusted based on project volume, design complexity & frequency. Design and estimation services are billed hourly, with additional fees for on‑site visits when required. The total hours depend on the quality of your submittals and the scope of work.
Can you handle high‑volume or multi‑location projects?
Our team is structured to support both single‑location dealers and multi‑branch operations. We regularly manage high‑volume requests and multifamily project packages, maintaining consistency across locations while scaling output to meet demand. Whether you need a steady stream of single‑family designs or coordinated deliverables for multi‑site rollouts, we have the systems in place to keep projects moving without bottlenecks.
How do you integrate with our existing workflow?
We keep communication simple and responsive. Most projects are coordinated directly by email, text or phone, whichever works best for your team. This ensures quick answers, clear handoffs, and no disruption to your existing process.
Do you provide a guarantee for your work?
We take pride in the quality of our work and back it with service guarantees to ensure your peace of mind. If any design errors occur on our behalf in the presented product, we’ll make corrections to the design at no additional cost.
